Privacy Notice: New School Enquiries

Who are we?                          

Littlegarth School is a co-educational independent school, which provides a stimulating and supportive learning environment where children are encouraged to reach their potential in all aspects of the curriculum so that they develop mentally, physically, socially, morally and spiritually.

The personal data we would like to collect from you and process is:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact telephone number
  • Child(ren)’s name
  • Gender of child(ren)
  • Date of Birth of child(ren)

The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your prior consent.

  • We will send you a copy of our prospectus via post.
  • We will send you a copy of our termly magazine via post
  • We will make contact with you to discuss joining our school.
  • We will enter your details onto our school management system for statistical analysis and for feed tracking.

If you decide not to register with our school, we will hold your details for one year. At the end of this period, your details will be securely destroyed. If you decide to use your right to erasure, your details will be removed immediately.

If you decide to register with our school, a new privacy notice will be issued to detail how your data is used.
